COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY
The waste collection is performed in three basic ways:
Repurchase from citizens and business persons in the warehouse where
the clients, with personal cars, bring the metal waste.
Sorting and weighing is performed and is paid according to the market price.
Acquisition from companies, by
placing the containers for waste sorting
within the production plants.
The disassembling (recycling) of old plants,
machines and vehicles.
THE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY AND TRANSPORT OF WASTE
The metal waste needs to be disassembled in parts being homogeneous in their chemical composition and structure to bring the waste to a dimension suitable for transport and the further processing in furnaces (ironworks) and foundries in Croatia and in the abroad.
The technology we use is gas cutting with butane and oxygen or plasma, then pressing and tearing with the help of hydraulic machines and the mechanical disassembling.
The prepared and sorted material, old iron, is loaded on wagons and non- ferrous metals are loaded on trucks. Trough all the processes of collection, elaboration and processing, the high ecologic norms and standards are respected.
